Get in touch
One address reaches the people who write this site. We read everything, and we answer messages that need an answer. Before you write, it is worth knowing which requests we can act on and which we genuinely cannot.
We are a small editorial operation, not a support desk. Expect a reply within a few working days where one is needed. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
We will never contact you first, and we will never ask for a seed phrase, a private key, a password, a two-factor code or remote access to your device. There is no circumstance in which we would need any of those things.
If you receive a message from someone claiming to represent this site — offering to recover funds, to expedite a claim, or to verify a wallet — it is not us. Report it and delete it. This pattern is the second wave of losses after every exchange collapse, and the TradeOgre case has attracted a great deal of it.
Email is not a secure channel. Do not send account credentials, identity documents or anything else sensitive to us or to anyone else who asks for them over email.
Journalists and researchers working on the TradeOgre case or on no-KYC exchange failures generally are welcome to get in touch at the same address. We are happy to point to primary sources, explain what is documented versus inferred, and clarify anything ambiguous in our own material.
We do not do paid commentary, and we say plainly when a question falls outside what we can evidence.
